SwopSignal is an independent matching service for adults aged 18 or older in South Africa. We are not affiliated with Checkers or Shoprite.

What the R20 pays for

The once-off R20 access fee enables listing, matching and private messages. It does not buy stickers or guarantee any match, reply, swap or transaction. When EFT is offered, you transfer R20 directly to the published receiving account using your unique reference. Access starts after the operator confirms the money received, rather than when you report a transfer. Bank processing times and bank fees may apply. Do not pay again while awaiting approval; contact support first. If hosted checkout is offered, a separate payment processor handles that payment.

Meet-ups and personal safety

Collectors are responsible for verifying item ownership, condition and availability. Use a public meeting point; never enter a stranger's home or disclose your home address. Permission to meet within a particular store is not guaranteed.

Respectful behaviour

No harassment, threats, fraudulent listings or requests for unnecessary personal data. An account may be suspended for safety or abuse. Reports can be made via the platform.

Refunds and cancellations

Consumer rights under applicable South African law are preserved. Access requests and billing concerns should be sent to the operator's published support address. The final policy and operator details must be confirmed before launch.
